Folks, if you haven't run some laps here under the FAST setup, you really,
really need to do so.  It is astonishingly loose off turns 2 and 4 until the
tires have about 10 laps on them.  I mean you have to continuously feather
the gas from the apex all the way out or you WILL go around, I guarantee it.

It settles down after about 10 laps but if you aren't ready for this you
aren't going to last long :)

I actually had some fun during that race.  Well, at least I did after we got
enough Laps going at once to get some heat in the tires.  We had a real
problem with that today.

That setup is tuned for long runs, and is miserable until there are 10 laps
or so on the tires.

That's one of the better FAST setups we've run with IMHO.  It was very
stable on entry, and you could even brake without the ass-end coming around
on you if you had to.  It was apex-out that was the problem for everyone on
cold tires.

JB somehow got 8 seconds on me during the last pit stop.  We both took 4
tires, so my entry and exit must not have been as good as his.  I was
running laps just as fast at the end but had to settle for 2nd.

I had some real nice runs with several guys today.  Nice racing!
