Fixed version of F1Ed for Windows

I've just uploaded a slightly tweaked version of F1Ed for Windows to
the WWW site (http://www.racesimcentral.net/~k948959/f1ed/).

There were two major problems:

1. Statistics editor
When the lap times from more than one race were used as the basis
for calculations, driver performance levels were completely wrong
I accidentally worked out an average figure twice!.  So, instead
of getting values of say 1 or 80 for driver performance, you'd
constantly get something in the range of only 1 to 3.  Now fixed.
The statistics editor seems to work a lot better now :-)

2. CCPit Configuration Window
A couple of people said that this was a bit confusing in respect
to disabled pit groups.  I've now changed this.  Instead of disabling
a pit group using the button, just set the it's number of cars down
to zero.

To save server space, I've had to remove the archives containing
THREED.VBX and CMDIALOG.VBX.  So, if you haven't already got these
files, you're going to have to do some net surfing to find them.

Hopefully, within a few weeks, the whole site (including the F1GP
Hall of Fame) will be moved to Games Domain (www.gamesdomain.co.uk).

Hmm, now that sounds familiar.  ;)
