Hello,

Someone mailed me today to point out several bugs in the F1Ed for
Windows CCPIT configuration window.  These meant that settings for
the number of cars in each pit group were ignored, and also that
once you had deleted all the pit stops from a pit group, it wasn't
possible to add new stops.  This has now been fixed.

At the same time, I've added the ability to set how likely it is
that a race will be run in wet conditions.  This has basically
been ripped from Trevor Kellaway's new patch GPWET (hope he doesn't
mind!).
