F1GP/WC: F1Ed for Windows update

Hello,

My editor for F1GP/WC has had a small update, and is now waiting
for you to download at http://www.racesimcentral.net/

What's changed?

Well, it will now let you edit the behaviour of the computer cars
at each circuit (this involves modifying the circuit data files,
and hasn't had much testing, so please back-up your gprix directory
before starting).

It allows you to setup the computer car's wing settings, gear ratios
and brake balance in the same way as Dave Gymer's GPCSET.  But, as we
all know, changing the computer car's wing set-ups and brake balance
seems to have very little effect on their performance. However, thanks
to Rob Buis (cheers Rob!), you can also set what I shall call an
"agressiveness" factor for each circuit (separate setting for
qualifying and race).  Here's what I've observed so far by
adjusting this factor by +10 to +15 at various circuits:

- Computer cars brake later
- Computer cars use the curbing more, and slide through corners
- Computer cars are likely to do more overtaking than before
- Computer cars now resist your attempts to out brake them, and
often come back at you out the other side of a turn if you take
the wrong line in an attempt to pass
- Computer cars have more accidents :)

I think I'll need to do some more testing to judge just how
effective it is, but if you want to download it and give it a go,
feel free.  If it does make a difference, it'll give F1GP that
little extra edge that it needs to keep us all going until GP2
finally appears :-)

Cheers,

Steve.
