F1ED 2.0 very minor fix

There is a VERY minor fix of F1ED 2.0 on wuarchive.wustl.edu as
/pub/MSDOS_UPLOADS/games/editors/f1ed200.zip.

The only thing that's changed from release 2.0 is that the 'beta'
information is now gone from the executable. Sorry about it folks! If
you don't mind using the version with the 'beta' word in it, that's
okay, because there are no other differences.
