Fellow Racers:

Wish us luck this weekend and tune into the TNN broadcast of the
Ratbag/Wizard Works Sprint Car at the World of Outlaws (WOO)
race in Bristol.   Last I heard the cars were running about 140MPH
average at the tracks.  Of Course with 800 HP and 1100LBS it
should really go even if its on dirt.  This car should be driven by
Tyler Walker and powerd by Apple Motors of PA Posse Land.  The
chassis is a new Maxim 2000 and our games-advertising company
assisted in the funding of the race car.

I believe the broadcast is 9PM Est on TNN...

I'll be watching.  Good luck.

Will the new sprint version have playback capability ?
I believe playback would help me improve my DTR driving like it has in
GPL.  It's also fun to see "what really happened" after I wipe out.

I was under the impression that the Sprints were running at Bristol last
night (June 9th), as well as tonight (June 10th), but I couldn't find 'em on
tv last night. TNN was showing Rollerjam & Monster Trucks. I'm assuming
they'll be carrying the Sprints tonight, though. 9pm? By golly, I can't
wait. I heard they were turning laps in 13 seconds. I'm thinking the Winston
Cup cars were turning laps of 15 seconds, and I thought that was quick. But
13?....wow!!!

Can't wait to play DTR Sprints..... Anybody know when we might be able to
download a demo? Any ideas, Don?

Thanks,

Burke Wells
