I DL'ed it from Microsoft without any problem BUT... I did it early on
a Sunday morning.  Try it in the AM.

You aren't missing much at all actually, "DirectX" or whatever Msoft
wants to call the graphics, suck, plain and simple.  I've got Super
NES games with better graphics and that's 6 year old technology.
After you spin a few laps on the figure 8 track (easily trashing the
computer competition at any level of skill) you get bored and start
exploring the landscape and knock over a few signs and run into some
RV's parked along the track.   After 5 minutes of that I started
modifying the truck for top speed and super soft shocks for maximum
air and bounce.  After 5 minutes of that I wondered who'd pay 50 bucks
for this game to play with it an hour and get bored like I did.   If
the full version is any better than the demo, Msoft did a poor job
showing it to us.   (yawn)  Also, Hellbender, Msoft's other game (the
followup to Fury3) for Win95 equally sucked.   Nobody in the game
software business needs to worry about Microsoft for a few
years....even if they give their stuff away free...not even a bargain
at that price.
