I've heard it's all programmed into the code. It's just not optimized for
today's machines. A faster computer won't likely make a difference.
I know I haven't noticed much of one. (This is all what I've heard around
the net and talking to others too). On a similar end, A-10 Cuba runs great
on PC's, but on Mac's which is the platform the A-10 series started on, if
you get a G750 (their fastests machines are the G models), it still will run
slow because of the way the code was written. It's just outdated that's
all.
