VOODOO2 vs. V3

How much of an improvement is V3 PCI 2000 over V2 PCI with N2 on TEN/POGO?
I am going with a Viper 770 Ultra AGP for N3, but assume I'll be playing
NROS with N2 for a while (hope), and since a local store is selling V3 2000
PCI for $89.00 I would like to get one if I can expect to see a significant
improvement over my current V2.

TEN/POGO?

Very little improvement really. The V3 is significantly faster at
higher resolutions, but since N2 doesn't do higher resolutions you
wouldn't benefit. A V1 is almost as fast as a V3 in N2.

true, but the v3's picture quality is much better
I'd go for a riva tnt 2, but that's just me...

1. V3 2000 <-> V3 3000 difference..
