What Papy means by this is that all the tracks, cars, and drivers in the game have been updated for
the '99 season. The state it a little more clearly on the inside of the front cover "All 28 tracks
have been updated to reflect the 1999 NASCAR season." But, I do agree that the statement on the back
is a somewhat misleading. it was probably put there to snag suckers who are to ignorant or stupid
not to read the entire box or realize that there are more 28 tracks. I'm not trying to insult or
offend anyone who bought N3 because they thought it contained ALL of the tracks, but big companies
rely on the fact that most consumers are idiots who can be persuaded by vague product claims and
flashy packaging.
