I don;t quite get the problem - you can reassign every key and button
in the controller menu. Perhaps you didnt see that there are 4
sub-pages at the controller menu? When you select the control screen,
on the right side you can see which keys to use to go to the other
controller pages. I believe it was the insert key.
Yep, the menu system in MBWR sucks a bit ;)

I have a different problem. I can't get my Momo Force + BRD Speed7 pedal
combo to work. I guess multiple controllers aren't supported...
