Viper Racing and MOMO Racing FF

I just got the MOMO Racing FF (Black Wheel) over the holidays. I have gotten
the FF to work in NFS:Underground (so I know it works), but I do not get FF
effects from Viper Racing. I have checked the FF box in the configuration.
Also, the "centering" effect is extremely strong (I have to work teh wheel
to steer).

Any help would be appreciated
