Sounds like a deadzone setting is too large. Bascially you have an
area in the middle of your wheel's travel that is not read, this is to
avoid little movements of the wheel from sending you wobbling all over
at slow speeds, but it could be at high speeds the small gap with no
movement is tricking you into over-correcting. Check and see if you can
adjust the deadzone in the sim, or possibly try and find a program that
adjusts the deadzone...(I think CTFJ will do that..not 100% sure tho)
CTFJ used to be available at the thrustmaster website, but I don't know
if it still is since Guillemot bought TM
