F1RC and sound mods?

I've attempted to use some of these 3rd party sound  mods and they
never come out in the game sounding like if I just play the wave file
back throught the media player. They are always too high pitched. I
tried the GP3 sound mod for F1RC and it sounds like a dirt bike after
instaling. Is the sampling rate different on the US version  or what?

(bottom of page 2) this is the best of the bunch IMHO..........just remember
to B/Up your'e sound.mfb
