ICR 2: How can I patch converted tracks to Win9x version?

by Jenera » Sat, 17 Jun 2000 04:00:00

Hello, I have the Indycar2 DOS game and I've tried to move up to the Windows
9x version but I can't find any utility to convert my Indianapolis and my
Nascar 1 converted tracks. The problem is the colors are all botched up. I
noticed on http://www.racesimcentral.net/
mention an "I2Win95" patch but they don't seem to have it on their site. Can
anyone point me towards this or a similar patch?  The main reason for
wanting to run the Win95 version is the slicker interface and the higher
frame rates. The DOS version maxes out at 30fps while the Windows version
will hit 60fps. Wow, I remember trying to get 17fps on my Pentium 100 now 30
isn't enough : )

Thanks,

Michael M

Its there, it's under 3rd party patches at the very bottom of the
page.

Take care.
