Is Nascar99 going to have a new physical model like GPL or
is it simply a bundle of old Nascar titles and add-ons ?
Nascar Racing - 1999 is the real title for it. Nascar99 is "another" title
made by EA Sports and it more axed on arcade racing.
I don't know what your thinking about "bundle of old Nascar titles". It is
a new edition of Nascar Racing 2, updated to the 1998 Nascar season in
WinstonCup, Busch Grand National and Craftsman SuperTruck. It offers 34
tracks (new and/or updated) and also a new truck physics. It has numbers of
new options as a better 3dfx support, etc...
Since it's Nascar Racing 2, it is made from the best-seller and well known
game engine you find in N1/Icr2/N2. You will need to wait for presently
the second quarter of 1999 for a stock-car racing simulator with GPL's game
engine, called Nascar Racing 3 for the moment.
