Is there a no_cd patch available for f1 2002 and if yes where can I get
it?

You'll find a no-cd patch, and lot's of other goodies for F1 2002.

Not sure, but Daemon Tools works quite well.

ps: you bought the game, didn't you? I find cd-based copy
protections annoying as hell, too, esp. with a noisy cd drive
like mine 8-(
