Speaking of which (the EB policy, not your rep ;-) why couldn't they
just say no refunds for people who abuse the policy? Say, a limit of
4-5 no-hassles returns a year, and you need photo ID for a refund?

Seems simple enough. Would eliminate the pirates without punishing
everyone else. The refund policy was THE reason I shopped at EB in the
first place, even back when they always had new releases first and you
had to pay extra $ for the privilege.

I've spent thousands there over the years, but now really have no
reason to shop there.
