Not true.  Sometimes the good cars break :>)

John Simmon's humourous post aside, I dream of Monza
refurbishing the old high-banked oval and inviting NASCAR
over one year (and perhaps the Italian insurance industry
is such that it is run WITHOUT plates!)...

P.S.  The thing has to be pretty overgrown with weeds by now.
Anybody ever been up there during the race?

I find NASCAR about as exciting as watching a NASCAR drive around an oval.

What other sport will make you want to eat a bag of M&M's, pop open a
beer, wash a load of clothes, take a *** enhancement pill THEN pour
motor oil on your wife and get FREAKY ........ALL in less than a
lap???

Can F-1 do that??? NOOOOOOOOOOO......Watching an F1 race makes me
feel like smoking a cigarette and going to a corporate seminar for 12
hours!

Now WHICH of the above examples SEEMS to sound more fun to you?

 CASE CLOSED.......bye bye.

Hey don't quote my name making it look like I started this lame attempt at a
troll. I just yawned at the original poster and his boring and tired troll.

It's Texan logic...

Europeans can't be straight because straight guys are into NASCAR and want
to got to Iraq and kick Saddam's butt. Europeans by and large are into F1
didn't want to go to war on Iraq, so they must be gay.

Hence any American confessing to liking F1 must be a gay Euro wannabe. Makes
perfect sense, doesn't it? <g>

I can deny that.  I think they look great.

Does the level of technology used have any impact whatsoever on the quality
of racing?  Let's ask F1....

Having obviously driven one, given that you're apparently stating this as
fact, I'll take your word for it.

Have a nice day,***.

Mark - a *British* NASCAR / ASCAR fan

I'm Italian and I love NASCAR.
I'm a F1 fan since 1975 but I've to say that in the last 10 years F1 is not
such enjoyable like NASCAR.
F1 Gp's ARE boring.

That last bit is VERY unlikely.  They're still trying to send someone to jail
for Senna's death.
