GPL race records?

With all the emphasis on hotlapping, I was wondering if there is a site that
records race records?  Or multiple lap records?  I thought it would be neat if
there was someplace where I could match my 11 lap record at Monza with others.
And I wonder if the aliens would still be on top.

GPLRank v2 has this as an option.

I think gplrank2 only has the option of recording race fastest laps, not
fastest races, but correct me if I'm wrong, since GPL doesn't save race
times in the player.ini
