TOCA2 questions

    Hello all,

My friend just gave me his copy of TOCA 2 to try out, and I must
say, I think it is pretty shitty, particularly compared to my favorite
driving sim at the moment, which is SCGT.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows of anything that you can do
to make TOCA2 a bit better? Are there any cars that can be downloaded?
What about car setups? Does anyone know if there are any sites on the
net where I can DL some of these?

I am using a LOGITECH WINGMAN FORMULA FORCEFEEDBACK steering wheel
and pedal set, and am very impressed with it. However, when i play this
game it doesn't seem to have any force feedback capability. Am I correct
in this assumption?

Am I wasting my time trying to salvage this game, or can you
actually get it to work so that it is worth playing?

Thanks in advance for the help dudes!

Gotta' agree with David, TOCA 2 not a world-class sim by any means, but it
can be a lot of fun. A friend of mine got his wife interested in sims by
racing TOCA with her. Now we all race GPL online together...I hate it when
she beats me!<vbg>

I'm using the LWFF as well and, although the FF effects are fairly primitive
in TOCA 2, I can feel impacts, rumple strips, understeer, etc.

TOCA2 isn't rally a sim. If you stop trying to make it one, and enjoy
it as a fairly detailed arcade game, you'll have a lot more fun. As for
FF, it works fine with my MSFF.
