Where are the Acura's, I watched a race this weekend, and the 1st 7
places were, Acura Integra's.
Being a Integra GSR owner I would love to drive one in the game.

You were certainly not watching the British Touring Cars or TOCA.

The UK does not have any acura models, although Honda Accords are in the
championship (works & privateer).

You saw this on Speedvision, correct?  I saw parts of the same race from Lime
Rock, and the series was labeled something like Speedvision Touring Series or
the like.  It was most certainly not the BTCC, but unfortunately, I cannot tell
you definitively what is was.......

That was the Speedvision Touring Car Challenge or Cup.  Not what the Europeans
call Touring Car.  The Speedvision deal is just a pro version of a standard
SCCA class, not far from Showroom Stock.  I think the real thing requires four
doors,  I know they're far more technically advanced.  Sequential
transmissions, F1 quality brakes, etc.

Yes, it was the Speedvision Touring Car Challenge, and after watching BTCC
(TOCA), it is boring as hell. Somehow or other, I guess us Americans just
don't get it right. BTCC is one of the most exciting racing I have ever
seen, and I think they even make nascar drivers look like Boy Scouts!  :)

Now if only Speedvision would finally show the Aussie BOCC TOCA races, . . .

Today you can tune in to the CART race from Portland and watch ten Brazillians
chase a Columbian.  The local commie-lib media even pronounced Bryan Herta's
name WHERE-ta in their confusion of this so-called American racing show.
