Can't help but think Cendant are not going to be very happy. They've spent a
lot of money on shelf space (full shelf display's at all the big store's i saw
at the weekend...).

I think they should look long term for GPL - it will be a benchmark sim for
some time to come. Probably too hard for most people though.
Also they'll make their money on the more commercial NASCAR and ICR
derivations.

Must be said, while CART will be more popular over here, NASCAR won't be.
FYI, the North America/Rest of World Split is around 40%/60% these days.

True - leaves the market open for people like Codemasters with their TOCA
and rally sims. Not forgetting F1RS with its execrable physics model.
