Any good Cart games out there??

anyone know if Cart Precision Driving will run on Win2000 with a Logitech
Formula Force USB?

I know this is an old game, but it seems a bit fun to me...

You'd probably be better off right now running CART Heat (the CART patch for
NASCAR Heat), or GP3 with a CART carshape, skins, physics, etc.  There may
be mods for other F1 games that I'm not aware of.

I'm not sure if any new tracks have been made for CART Heat, but I do know
that some of the CART tracks have been made for GP3 (Fontana, Vancouver,
Toronto, Mid-Ohio, Elkhart Lake, Belle Isle, Chicago, Laguna Seca).

Let me add that ICR2 runs like a dream on a network ..and nothing stirs the
*** like a few laps of nazareth in the traffic!
Just a few mind you..the eyes cant stand much more!    jv

  "Joachim B?ddeker"
I thought the first NET code was for Nascar 2.  oh well shows you how much
mush is between my ears these days.
There is a patch for Nascar 3 that allows ICR2 bodies on the N3 cars.  It
"looks" like champ cars, but still a 4 speed front engined sim underneath.
They have made some track.txt changes that produce speeds near what the IRL
cars achieve and have grippy tires like in CART and huge brakes as in F1.
The XRL league has been running it for several weeks now online producing
some pretty close online racing.

will give you a peek...

We are at ONTARIO(from Nascar Legends, part of a 3 race special that
includes the Indy and Pocono triple crown) for an oval event today at 4pm
PACIFIC DAYLIGHT TIME{west coast USA).  Last week we did Toronto from ICR2
and the next event will be Monza.(GPL)   I think the schedule will be back
to 1 race every two weeks now....the WTC disaster kinda disrupted
everything..

clik the join button and fill out the info.  He'll get back to you once he
has your email address.  The links to the ICR4N3 have moved but I think CED
has the files you'll need.  Basically,  N3, patched to v1.204  then the
tptcc for N3 then the ICR4N3 patch.   There are some extra files for the
dash and such also available.

Oh I see what you mean.  The group keeps in contact with a Yahoo message
forum.  You might have to create a Yahoo id...try the join method
first...perhaps CED can sign you up without a Yahoo id...I had one from back
in the SCGT days so I just used that.

Sorry for not replying sooner  joachim....  get the windows version of ICR2
.. it's got options to connect using tcp/ip or through the com ports....
ahem maybe you misinterpreted my reply as suggesting that it had internet
options ... nope... but it still rocks on a network .. so much better than
gp3 :-)                              jv
