Has anybody used CH pedals (the aircraft rudder-type) in car sims? Any problems?

problems?

I use the non-pro pedals every day with a LWFF wheel...I just had to replace
a pot after 5 years of use. The part was delivered by UPS in 2 days. I love
'em.

Yes, the CH Pro pedals (with the pivot movement option) together with
my LWFF. No problems, works fantastic.

Thanks to all who responded. I have to tell the truth -- I bought these
for my Mac (CH had a two-day sale where they dumped all their Mac ADB
stuff -- all they carry now is USB -- and I got these, the non-Pro
pedals, for $US30), but I've been looking them over, and I have to say,
the quality of the hardware is pretty impressive. What I'd like to do is
use the gubbins from this set to make a pedal set that I could use on
both an ADB Mac and a PC -- anybody got any hot tips?

Thanks again

These are the best pedals that you can buy for racing, IMHO.

For the past 3 years now ;)

They still feel like new.  If you don't like the position of your feet, turn
then 180degrees and tilt them.  You'll now have realistic pedals for your
car sims ;)

The only problem was the pots died from ingesting too much cat hair or other
subterranean debris. I didn't feel like fixing it, so got the MSFF instead.
I still miss my pedals. Used them for four years or more before they passed
on; great for flight sims as well.

Mike.

I've had them since they came out (Pro Pedals).  Originally more for flight
sims, but now almost exclusively racing.  I think they are excellent and have
stood up many more years than a friend's (IMHO very overated) TM gear.

Two negatives:
1) The angle I think is part responsible for sciatic nerve problems I can
sometimes have.  I'm better off not getting too into racing due to this.
2) For non-split axis games, you're pretty much SOL.  You can use the pedals
in rudder mode, but that is, obviously, less than satisfying.
