Hi,
Just installed MS sidewinder forcefeed back wheel -USB,also Have msff back
joystick, gameport version.
First can i have them both connected using different ID's also just updated
to win XP pro, and the game controller software 3.02 will not install any
work around please.

I don't think you can use a gameport device on XP.
You need Ver. 4.0 for your USB wheel. It's not available for download from
Microsoft, but I can put it on my slow ftp server tomorrow if you want me
to. You should be able to find it someware on the net though.

My good old MSFF gameport version works on XP, but the profiler
doesn't, so it's fixed on dual axis.

I remember on some sim site there was a registry file to
enable/disable dual axis for the MSFF, so you don't need the profiler.
I wish I remember.  But google should find it.
