I was playing around with the latest demo of GPL and managed to flip the
racing car.  The strangest part is how the driver's head can support the
sheer weight of the metallic beast.  Is this true in the retail version,
or do we actually get the see a smashed head or a flying body?  Sounds
morbid?  Afraid so, but I'm all for realism.  :)

When the car's is upside-down, it is resting on the roll-bar, not the
driver's head.

Er, have you ever seen the rollbar on a 1967 GP car? You did NOT want to
flip one of those things!

Cheers!

Oh and if you set your clock on October 31st...  the heads will be replaced
by pumpkins ! (it's a Easter-egg).

Not only will you be able to see meat-chops flying around, but those bloddy
traces will stay on the track as long as the whole session lasts. Needless
to say that, in case of fire, you can hear the driver scream in horrendous
pain as the skin on his head slowly shrinks until, well, until it rips and
the burned meat lays open...

True, in the German version the driver is replaced by a robot bleeding
oil...

I hope you're not trying to be sarcastic.  Since I found no smiley faces
or grinning characters, I gather this really happens in the game?

I am really serious about my post.  For a sim that sports the "most
realistic" 1967 racing experience, it is really lame to see a driver's
head being able to support this ***'s equivalent of a go-cart.
