a stupid question on Force Feedback wheels

by Gunnar Horrigm » Tue, 25 Jul 2000 04:00:00

hi there.

I have a question about FF-wheels that will undoubtedly label me as
being utterly clueless, but I'm used to making a fool of myself, so
here goes:

do these wheels have Force Feedback in the pedals, or is the big round
thing the only shaking going on?

Wheel only.  I wondered the same thing back when I first investigated them.

It's only the wheel at present unfortunately. We'd all love to see realistic
action on the brake pedal without resorting to sticking spherical objects
under it.

Wheel only. The MS wheel tries to put the pedal FF effects
into the wheel somehow. It doesn't work that well IMHO :-)
