Help to GP3 wanted!

by Sven » Wed, 11 Jul 2001 04:38:29

Hi.
I have been driven this game for about a month now, Spa and Monza the most.
The last two days I have tried to race in Monaco, but I can't get the car to
turn tight enough in the 180 hairpin-turn. Can someone teach me how to do
that?
I have tried the setup from http://www.racesimcentral.net/'t
make this tight turn. I have recalibrated my controller (MS FF Wheel) many
times, but this dos not help.

Hi,

Calibration is fine and you should only need to do it once.

Have you tried changing the wheel-lock? You can increase it to quite
a high level for racing at Monaco, although tyre wear is higher.

In addition to the above, for better car control, change the "Reduce
with car speed" and the "Low Sensitivity Zone" to levels that suit
you.

Help to GP3 wanted!

I am creating a help file as I follow the real F1 season with GP3.  It is
at: www.feed-zone.com/mgp3.htm  Download the "tips" - its a help file that
is zipped.  My reason for creating the help is to help people get up to
speed quickly with the game so they do not get frustrated.

There are also car setups and control file setups with a lap you can watch.
The laps are done with the 98 carset and v1.13, so if you use the 99, 00 or
01 carset, the car will go faster with the extra horsepower those later
years have.
