Modem Problem with Nascar2

by Dale Chave » Fri, 31 Jul 1998 04:00:00

Hi,

My brother and I are trying to connect via our modems, but when I put my
machine in answer mode, I get a dialog box that says to put in the
Nascar2 CD.  However, when I do that, Nascar2 shuts down, and the
installation screen comes up.  Is there a some sort of batch file or
driver I should be looking for on the CD?

If there is an FAQ or Web site that has this answer, please send a link
to that also!

Thanks,
Dale

Put the CD in before you launch the game. When you play under 95/98,
the autorun will*** in shortly after you put the CD in and what you
experience will always happen. Or you could always have your brother
answer. But then again, he'd be the one with the ping of zero, and
that wouldn't be fair :)
