Yellow flag problems at Cleveland in ICR2......

Am I the only one having problems with the yellows at Cleveland ?

The problem is that on a yellow flag some cars don't slow down , they
continue to race!

If it's a common bug will THE PATCH fix it?

        Yup it happens on all tracks and will supposedly be fixed by THE
PATCH
