Who has the best Tally AI?

I know there are tons of Talladega AI improvements around but which is
the best?Also did anyone notice how good the AI is for the Craftsman
truck tracks?Does this mean that N3 is gonna have some good "stock"
AI?Looks to me that Papy is learning how to build good AI,I hope:)If
someone can point me to a website for the original question that would
be great.
