NR99 - Need Tally AI

Somewhere a long, long time ago, I downloaded a fantastic AI for
Talladega-N2.  It allowed side byside racing after going green for many laps
before finally paring up and doing some drafting.  The cars in NR99 are all
over the place.  The first couple of laps it feels as though I run pace laps
in the corners.  I CAN'T SLOW DOWN THAT FAST!  If anyone knows of a site to
get a good Tally AI, please email or post it.
