I've just loaded up SCGT for the first time since building my new box
and forgot how much damn fun it was.  Could anyone direct me to some
sites that have new cars, tracks, and various other enhancements?

thanks.

Try:  http://theuspits.bhmotorsports.com/fbody/scgt/index.html

They also have a link about halfway down the page to a section with various
add-on cars, including a bunch for SCGT. Have fun!

Service Pack 3.0 and 3.1 are located at:

http://mo-sbdc.org/slg/scgt.html

SP3 and 3.1 are a collection of cars. I know nothing about it, other
than I have placed it here for all to have as the site that did host
it disapeared. While there be sure to get the sounds. It is also very
large 125MB.
