Yes, it is. Off the top of my head the file you want is martix.mc. Now this
is a compressed file, but you can extract it using a zip program. Then all
you need to do is open the file in a text editor. The format you need is
easy to deduce from the entries already in the file. Also, you do not need
to zip up the file again, just leave it as a text file for easy editing.
