Thank you, that stuff on the dampers is really helpful.

(BTW, I think when Doug writes 'nm' he means Newton-Meters.  The first time
I read the I thought, "150 nanometer springs, what the heck are those?")

OTOH, that wouldn't make any sense, unless there were only torsion-bar
suspensions... ;) I would guess on N/mm instead.

Yes, SCGT used N/mm in its screens, so that would make sense (and 150
N/mm is quite ok for such a value).

Nm is N*m is torque, not force.
And springs are expressed as force/distance, so N/m (or N/mm)
