From the April PC *** World (which cares more about sims than some):

31st March - Dukes of Hazzard: Racing for Home
             NFS: Porsche 2000
             F1 World Grand Prix
             Moto Racer 2 [budget]

14th April - NASCAR 2000
             Rally Masters: Race of Champions
             TOCA 2 [budget]

21st April - 4x4 World Trophy

???? April - Screamer Sports Car Racing

May - Carmageddon: TDR 2000

June - Colin McRae Rally 2.0 [sic]
       Grand Prix 3 [<cough>]

Autumn - World Rally Championship [what's this?]

No mention of WSC at all :-(

The "World Rally Championship" could be one of two games.

It could be the forthcoming Ubisoft game (seen screenshots somewhere a few
months back) or it's worth knowing here on rec.sports.simulators that the
World Championship manufacturers are selling the rights to the series to
Sony for a rumoured 7.5m. If that is the case, I'd expect to see something
on PS2 before PC, but it just might be that....
