I phoned Microprose UK today (1st July) and was told that F1GP2 would be
released around the weekend of the British Grand Prix. This makes sense from a
marketing point of view, I suppose. If you live in the UK and want to hear this
for yourself dial 01454 893900, during office hours.
I am dubious about any date which is about 2 weeks ahead of the
present time if it hasn't been proceeded by vast fanfares from
Microprose et al., and by other people in this group saying "I've
seen an empty box/poster etc. at my local XXXXX store". Therefore I
think I shall be able to spend my time in over that weekend watching
the race rather than participating in it :-(
