Is it my imagination, or do ppl cut the grass at Daytona in NASCAR 2002 in
qualifying ?.  Its just a bit odd that the whole field can be within a
couple of tenths of each other and there is one car nearly half a second
ahead.  Just wondering...

Dougal: God, I've heard about those cults Ted. People dressing up in black
and saying Our Lord's going to come back and save us all.
Ted: No, Dougal, that's us. That's Catholicism.

I'm with ya.

I'm firmly convinced that there are some 'secrets' in NR2002 that only the
'In-Crowd' knows about.

Yep, Quite common at 'Tona pickups, however you really can't put it down to
that all the time, I have a fast 'Tona  Q setup & have once or twice run
good 'legal' laps that have been a good 3 or 4 tenths faster than the rest
of the field, I'd always put that down to a field either running Fixed Fast
or even Bob Stanleys setups (which are quite slow). Not happened often, but
once or twice - enough for me to give others the benefit of the doubt.

Some drivers even practice Grass/Pit Lane cutting during the practice
session now they know they can't be booted from the Papy servers, if I see a
lot of drivers doing that I tend to leave straight away, as you can tell
what kind of race it's going to be ;)

Thats the reason most leagues should make the polesitter submit the replay
of his qual attemp. There are always ways to cheat and unfortunately there
are always those that will take advantage of things like that.
