New Canopus 3D II Driver and GPL

Has anyone been able to get GPL to work with this new driver? I tried it this
week without any success. The game will not even load.

Yeah, it works fine for me. Just as good as the beta 2 drivers, but with the
added advantage of being able to change screen refresh rates without pissing
around with DOS commands.
I did see a post on Voodooextreme, however, which mentioned a bug in the new
drivers which caused them to crash when triple colour buffering was turned
on. Check your advanced properties in Windows. If triple colour buffering is
checked, uncheck it and try again.
