I know this probably isn't specifically suited to this newsgroup but
since everyone is talking about new sims such as a Rally sim, Touring
cars and especially a 24 hour race, my idea was: How about a Tour De
France game? Imagine some of the in game features:

Magnificent SVGA scenery of France
Setup your bike before each day depending on type of terrain and race
Variable weather: From Hot weather to Snow!
Crowd as obstacles
If you crash into another rider you enter Fight Mode (As in NHL 96)
Up to 200 player Network Play!
A game that will literally last for weeks!

As you can see i'm sure it would be a best seller.

Not only that, but a frame rate of about 10-12 in SVGA and all detail
would seem that slow.

Yeah, and it should be able to interface with an old exercise
bike for the full realistic experience...

Hey it could be a game if there was a way to get an exerise bike hooked
up to it.Then it really would be realistic and a good way to get in
shape>

That was the same thought I had...
The "AI" wouldn't have to change, but you could adjust the tension
or resistance on your excercise bike to keep up with the rest
of the users....

Competitions could break out as users log into a multiplayer service
and run races in *** locations against other humans.

Will this make me exercise?   Nah....

You could then connect "AC" Power to the Excercise Bike seat to
s(t)imulate the bumps of the roads for a more "realistic feel"!!!

You could then connect "AC" Power to the Excercise Bike seat to

And get your partner to regularly throw wasps in your mouth, and swing a mattress
perilously close to your handlebars to simulate lorries.
