   I'm trying to find out if there is a difference between the DOS and Mac
versions of ICR2's Paintkit. Can you exchange PCX files freely between the
two? If not, what steps do you need to take to get DOS PCX files to work
with Mac?

For some reason, there is a difference in the "masks" that are used to
position the PCX files, making it very difficult for Mac users to use PC
PCX files and vice versa. Essentially, you need to use an intermediate
step: a graphics program from which you can cut and paste parts of the PCX
file into the Paintshop.

On the other hand, complete car sets can be converted without too much
difficulty. If you are interested in the steps, email me and I will send
you instructions.
