"Fixed screenshot bugs in windowed and multi-monitor modes. "

Can anyone shed some light on this?  Is it possible to wrap the view
around multiple monitors?

Good heavens, what's with all these .plr mods?  Can't they give us a damned
interface for this stuff!

no biggie, if you can use an editor, you can modify your PLR file ;) I'd
rather have them concentrate on the core features for now than invest
precious development time into a shiny, polished interface with possibly
animated backgrounds and stuff.

Cheers, uwe

I wish someone would unpolish the interface and remove the animated
backgrounds and stuff.  The entire layout just seems like a lame way to
integrate their sales pitch into the product without following any sort
of GUI convention.

GUI conventions in games, that's funny... SCNR

But I'm with you in wishing sim designers would restrict themselves to
practical, easy-to-use (esp. regarding mouse travel) interfaces.

In GTL you can't even use ESC to go back!!! WTF?

Do server and game versions have to match?

Yes, they do. Once you install the patch, you get an "incompatible
version" (or something like that), if you try to join a race hosted
on the original version server.

I don't know if older clients can connect to newer servers though.
Never had a chance tyo try it, as I installed the patch _minutes_
after I saw the post saying it was out.
