If I install patch 5, do I need to install any of the previous ones? I have
the European, completely inpatched version at the moment. Thanks

You just download this patch to your desktop, and then hit the ral.exe and
it will bring up a screen which asks you if you want to upgrade RC2000.

Does it fix the steering in Arcade mode?

If possible I would like to know before I reinstall it and download the
patch, only to find out that it does not.

I have repeatedly tried to download the patch with both Netscape and
Net Vampire and it always stalls at 64%. Any ideas?

Remove "hi" from address or it will bounce....

Well I installed the patch and it is NOT fixed. To test that the patch was
installed correctly, I went to the British Rally and I was able to use my up
and down keys to toggle through the different ones (something I was told was
put in on this patch). Yet when I go to Arcade mode, the steering
sensitivity is always maxed out. It works fine in a normal Rally however.

With that in mind, I can only come to the conclusion that the Steering
Sensitiviy in Arcade mode is NOT fixed

This is very dissapointing to me.
