This is true.  While you CAN run ICR2, even ICR1, from a Win95 Dos prompt, you
need to Restart Computer in DOS Mode to fully enjoy it.

Gotta a turbo switch on your machine??
You running VGA or SVGA??
Are you trying to run the game outta windows or are you shutting down and
restarting in MS-Dos mode?
What sort of memory configuration are you loading up??
