It's the hardware stupid!

Anyone taking the time to read this knows this is a like/hate wheel and
peddles.  I've still got a dozen + TM wheels around and 3 of the
TPDWs.  These 3 wheels were purchased within 4 months and two of the
wheels were exchanged within 3 days due to bad buttons.  The 3 are
about 4 months new but the wheels do not handle themslves or the car
the same way.  Center will be wide with one and narrow with an other,
same settings, same game same computer.  One is very stiff while 2 are
smooth.
We run 6 computers in the "NASCAR GPL ROOM" and at one time all of the
Pro Digitals have run well.  I think the important thing, even if a TPD
wheel is at it's best, the things have no passion, ie too neutral.  I
can't work up a sweat with these wheels unless it's a heated peer race
(and we're drunk).

As for drivers,  if you use the 3.04 DL "update" you don't need the
CD.  Another point, if you only have one wheel how do you know the
driver install or the wheel is bad.  These wheels (or peddles) can not
detect at the USB because of the HARDWARE NOT THE SOFTWARE.  Again the
question, how could you know?

I wish I had a buck for every hour spent by customers of this wheel
trying to install the shitty software, when it's the hardware stupid.

What do you want for 60-70 bucks? Titanium shifter paddles and alloy pedals
? As for the TM software, throw it over your shoulder unless unless youre a
***...The thing works fine as an HID game controller (3 axis, 8 button)
