I've heard that ***, UK has finished the new manual for NASCAR.
What I wondered is if it is possible for me, living in Oslo, Norway,
to get my manual substituted with the 'proper' one.
Where can I send my manual to get the new one in return?

You're right, and they've done great job with that manual. Some 180
pages, Nascar history, track driving guides, setups, etc.
I live in Finland, and got the manual yesterday after two weeks of
waiting (for free, except postage for mailing the old manual). I asked
about it first from *** customer support, and they asked me to send
the manual to them with note asking for replacement manual.
