Not sure Im Much help Because I just plugged it in and it workedapart
from the left to right controls.

The Wingman Extreme is two Joys in one so it has to be plugged in to a
sound cardor a games card which supports 2 joystick (Mine is plugged
into a SB16 sound card)
an IO card does not support 2 Joysticks (as far as I Know)
