T1 springs adjust?

by Bow-T » Fri, 12 Apr 1996 04:00:00

How do you adjust the spring on the T1 by Trustmaster? I have the T1 and
I need to adjust it real bad. Now if I want to turn just a little bit I
have to turn the wheel two or three times all the way arond.

E-mail me and tell me how to adjust the spring.

I started to suggest that you can set the sensitivity in the specific program,
then I re-read your message.  If the wheel turns all the way around, it sounds
like it's broken.  There's supposed to be a physical stop when you turn.  If
the thing's still under warranty (even if it's not) call t-master and ask them
about it.  They're pretty good at supporting their customers....
Hope you get it fixed...

I am NOT paranoid.  And why are you always watching me?!?

Your wheel is not working properly. The wheel cannot turn around more
than about 3/4 of a revolution. I had a similar problem once with my T1.
Seems the bolt holding the wheel to the shaft had backed it's way out. I
would guess you have a similar problem, or something is broken inside.

Open it up, check it out! I you can remove 6 screws, you can work on
your T1.
