Questions for this news group ...

Who of you placed orders with PDPI for L4 game cards in the last 12
months, and did you ever receive one ???

What kind of e-mail and support correspondence did you get ???

Did you cancel your order when and if the product was not forthcoming?

If you did get one, how long did it take, and were you happy with it?

Would you buy another ???   Has support been good? Bad ? Indifferent?

How many of you are still on the "back-order" list ???

What have they told you about delivery ???

Any and all responses will be greatly appreciated, and hopefully PDPI
and ACT Labs will both monitor the responses ...   Or as a group,
would you all like me to forward the responses to them both ???

I ordered one in October 1999

They sent confirmation of my order recieved, in formed me that they were
backordered 2 months

No I decided to give them a break

Still haven't gotten mine

I'm still on backorder

They Emailed me after I pestered them and told me that ActLabs was now
making them and they would be in touch within the next week to tell me
about my order. That was 3 weeks ago, I still haven't heard from them.

I placed an order for the card November 15, 1999. Never received it.

I got a confirmation right away, probably automated. That's all.

Still waiting, I'm patient :(

Probably am, since I didn't cancel the order.

"Allow 60 days". Let's make that 60 weeks?

Maybe forwarding all responses would help. Even though I hate having to wait
this long, I would still like to have the card.

Strictly from memory, 3 weeks...?  Yes, I'm happy.  The combination of the L4
and my TSW2 are very smooth.  I still can't DRIVE worth a shit, but it's not
the card's fault...<g>

Based on the quality of the card, yes.  I haven't needed support<knock on
wood>, so I can't comment.
